Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all accessories and tags are included.
Ship It Back
Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx or USPS location, depending on the carrier specified on your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
